With 97 employees in the company we come from many different backgrounds and industries, which gives us a strong foundation of knowledge and experience. The diverse composition of employees is a great strength, as we have new colleagues that bring a fresh perspective and colleagues who have been part of PM ENERGI for more than 25 years. This diversity amongst colleagues creates a dynamic and educational workplace, where we help each other and contribute with our own knowledge. 

We also make room for learning and the development of new talent. With us, you will find, among others, automation technician apprentices, a blacksmith apprentice, and several interns, all of whom make a significant contribution to our daily work. We see it as an important part of our responsibility to provide the next generation of professionals with the best conditions to learn and grow in a safe and professional work environment.
